Arthur L. Clemente, M.D., was born in New York, New York.  He received a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Duke University.  Dr. Clemente earned a Masters of Science from North Carolina State before completing the Doctor of Medicine at New York University, School of Medicine in New York, New York.  He completed his residency in Family Practice at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Florida.  Dr. Clemente serves as the Chief-of-Medicine at Edward White Hospital, Medical Director for Asencia Home Health, and Director of Medical Services at Choice Wellness Center.  Dr. Clemente is affiliated with Edward White Hospital, Bayfront Medical Center, St. Anthony’s Hospital, Palms of Pasadena, and Menorah Manor.  He is a member of the American Medical Association, Florida Medical Association and St. Petersburg Master (Aquatics).  Dr. Clemente is licensed and board-certified in Family Practice in Florida.  He resides in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he enjoys swimming and the outdoors.

Jaime L. Kean, D.C., was born in Canton, Ohio.  She received a Bachelors of Science in Biological Sciences from Ohio University.  Dr. Kean earned her second Bachelors of Science in Human Biology and her Doctor of Chiropractic from The National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, IL.  She completed her internship at the Chicago General Health Center in Chicago, IL, under Theodore Johnson, D.C. in the fields of radiology, orthopedics, neurology, and rehabilitation.  She completed a second internship under Vijay Patel, D.C., at the Advanced Physical Medicine and Therapy in Mt. Prospect, IL.  She is the currently the Director of Chiropractic Services at Choice Wellness Center in St. Petersburg, Florida while maintaining a private practice in Seminole, Florida.  She is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, Florida Chiropractic Association, Pinellas County Chiropractic Association and the Seminole Chamber of Commerce.  Dr. Kean is licensed in the State of Florida.  She resides in the St. Petersburg, Florida, and enjoys traveling.

Estela G. Uy was born in Jamestown, North Dakota.  She received a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.  She conducted graduated studies in medicinal synthetic chemistry and pharmacy.  She is currently completing her Masters in Business Administration in Finance at the University of South Florida in St. Petersburg, Florida.  She completed her pharmacy internship at Tampa General Hospital in the fields of pediatrics, oncology, transplantation, cardiology, and critical care.  She has conducted and published research in synthetic medicinal chemistry, critical care pharmacology, transplantation and pharmaceutical industry guidelines.  She worked as a pharmaceutical consultant and drug safety specialist for Drug & Biotechnology Development in Clearwater, Florida, before being appointed the Director of Choice Wellness Center.  She is a member of the American Chemical Society, American Pharmacy Association, Florida Pharmacy Association, Pinellas Pharmacy Association, and the Business and Professional Women.  She resides in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she enjoys playing soccer, tennis and outdoor sports.

Jenna Haughbrook, L.M.T., was born in St. Petersburg, Florida.  She graduated from Northeast High School before completing her studies in Massage Therapy at Cortiva Institute/Humanities Center in Pinellas Park, Florida.  She has been in practice under David Sandefur, D.C., Christopher Bretz, D.C., and Jaime Kean, D.C., in St. Petersburg, Florida, before appointed the Marketing Director and Licensed Massage Therapist for Choice Wellness Center.  She specializes in neuromuscular, Swedish and pre and post-natal massage.   Ms. Haughbrook continues to study under Dr. Clemente in peripheral treatments and therapies for pain management, neuromuscular conditions and rehabilitation. In addition, Ms. Haughbrook works in the fashion industry as a fashion model and part of the marketing team for Remarquable Designs in Tampa, Florida.   She resides in Pinellas Park, Florida with her son and enjoys reading, the outdoors and exercising.

Cheryl T. Lilly, L.M.T., was born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.  She completed her studies in Massage Therapy at Cortiva Institute/Humanities Center in Pinellas Park, Florida.  Before attending Cortiva Institute, she was an experienced Certified Nurses Aide as well as working as a nutritional specialist in a child care facility.  Since obtaining her L.M.T., she has been in practice under Dr. Jaime Kean in Seminole, Florida.  Mrs. Lilly specializes in neuromuscular and Swedish massage.  She continues to study under Dr. Clemente and Dr. Kean in peripheral treatments and therapies for pain management, neuromuscular conditions and rehabilitation.  She is a member of the Associated Body Work and Massage Professionals.  She resides in St. Petersburg, Florida with her husband and children since 1980 and enjoys crafts and historical novels.
